I’m Dion—a trauma-informed movement practitioner helping people reconnect with their bodies through presence, consent, and care. Whether you’re healing from adverse life experiences, rebuilding your sense of self, or seeking a deeper mind-body relationship, I offer grounded, evidence-based practices that honor your autonomy and humanity.

Dion Lee is a trauma-informed facilitator, movement practitioner, and somatic guide. She holds certifications in TCTSY (Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga), Personal Training, Pilates, and Fascia Stretch Therapy. Her work blends science-backed healing modalities with intuitive listening, creativity, and deep care.

Dion works with individuals, communities, and clinics and ceenters—guiding people toward embodied safety, agency, and connection.

As a mother, a dancer, and a survivor herself, Dion’s work is rooted in lived experience and clinical understanding. She believes every body has wisdom—and every person deserves the tools to listen to it.
